Are you ready to take your dreams out of the someday pile?

owb banner-min.png

Do you find yourself writing all the plans but struggle to focus and actually get shit done?

You have the notebooks filled with ideas. You want to get going, you want to turn your someday dreams into reality. But sometimes it’s just so fucking hard.

You feel overwhelmed and unorganised and like you’re spinning your wheels and often it’s hard to figure out where to even begin.

You want to put yourself out there, but being visible feels scary, especially when you’re used to being your own personal dreamshitter.

It doesn’t help that you feel like you’re wearing SO many different hats on your own. You desperately want to find your people, the people who get it, but you just can’t seem to find them.

and if you’re honest with yourself, you know you’re getting in your own way

Let’s face it, when it comes to keeping yourself accountable, you often…don’t.

But here’s the thing:

While putting yourself out there and getting to work can feel seriously hard and scary,

if you could just make it happen you’d take that in a heartbeat, rather than waiting for that eternal someday.

What if you could?

  • Get your plans out of your beautiful notebooks and into the world as actual tangible, real things that exist.

  • Find your people and be part of a supportive and encouraging community of compassionate women who also want to play bigger.

  • Have a dedicated space to get unstuck, brainstorm and find ways to get shit done, with the support of a coach who specialises in helping creative and multi-passionate women get out of their own way and make shit happen

  • Not only have external accountability but feel like you’re part of something bigger than yourself, and commit to doing the things you say you want to do.

  • Have an injection of courage and move past the fears that hold you back so you can show up in the world as the person you know you can be.

One Woman Band Club is an online group coaching program for creative and multi-passionate women who are sick of putting their plans onto the Someday Pile and are ready to get out of their own way, get shit done, create the life they love with a shit-tonne of support and accountability.

Based on the ethos that 100 days is long enough to get shit done and form new habits but short enough that it feels like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, you’ll work with me as your coach and a community up to 11 other fabulous like-minded women for 100 days. We’ll get stuck in, make tangible progress on goals your dreams and make shit happen!

But it’s not just about helping you do the big things - it’s also about having the accountability to establish the habits, routines and practices to build a sustainable wholehearted everyday life that will stay with you well beyond the 100 days.

Doors to the May 2024 round are now open!

HOw does it work?

There are 4 main components to One Woman Band Club:

Through a magic blend of coaching, co-working sessions, weekly huddles to bookend the week and a private community, over the 100 days, you work alongside a group of like-minded rebel rousers to bring your projects to life, establish routines and structures to help build a wholehearted everyday life and generally make shit happen!

weekly group coaching calls!

We meet as a group every week during the 100 Days! Our calls will alternate between Group Coaching calls and Drop in Q&A coaching.

Our group coaching calls will start with an intro and strategy session to kick-off, and the rest will be a mix of themed discussions around visibility, fear, time management and productivity. We’ll also have a Show & Tell Session at the end to share your projects and practice putting yourself out there (this is a crowd favourite!)

The Drop-In Q&A coaching is a chance to pick my brain, get feedback, and get unstuck. You’ll get tailored support on what you’re working on or coming up against!

co-working sessions!

flower 2-min.png

These are the hidden gems of The One Woman Band Club! Each week you’ll have access to three 3 hour co-working sessions

You can drop in at any time during the session and we gather together, show up and work in 45-minute chunks and keep each other accountable to get shit done. These are dedicated times to work on your stuff, and do it with lovely company! (and have a bit of a laugh as well!)

But it’s not just about making shit happen. Many past One Woman Band-ers have used co-working to carve out dedicated creative time, and it’s not rare for someone to be playing with watercolour paints while someone else records a YouTube video and someone else tidies their desk!

These provide accountability to actually do the work and help break it down into manageable chunks.

Monday and friday huddles!

It can be so hard to figure out your priorities and what you need to work on versus what you think you should be working on. And it can be so hard to acknowledge the progress we’re making and stop to celebrate our wins! So every week during the 100 days, we’ll be doing precisely that!

We’ll have a kick-off huddle on a Monday to make sure you know what you’re working on and get clear on your priorities for the week.

And on a Friday we’ll be tooting our horns together and pausing to acknowledge our wins so you actually feel a sense of satisfaction and reflect on just how far you’ve come!

Both huddles are 45-minutes long, and are attached to co-working for ease!

private community

flower 4-min.png

There will be a private online community to stay in touch between our calls and co-working sessions. It will be quite free in structure for you to share wins, moans and generally share things during our 100 days together!

This might sound like a lot to remember, but you’ll have access to the One Woman Band Dashboard so you always have everything easily accessible at any time!

100 days + accountability + Community + coaching + a really encouraging and safe space = ✨MAGIC✨

I’m Meg Kissack, a coach for multi-passionate and unconventional women and a serial podcaster! I’m all about helping you show up in the world as your most courageous and authentic self, do the epic shit only you can do and make the world a brighter place.

One Woman Band Club is the culmination of hundreds and hundreds of hours coaching and supporting fabulously rebellious women to get shit done, get out of their own way and create a life they love.

I’ve combined the magic I do with my clients, my superpower of bringing together fabulous women and holding space with three of my favourite things: compassion, accountability and strategy.

I’ve designed it intentionally and specifically for those of us who resist structure, who often find it hard to show up for ourselves and our projects, and for all us one woman band-ers! One Woman Band works WITH your nature, not against it, and I feel like I’ve stumbled on a magical structure that not only helps you get shit done and is seriously effective but is super compassionate as well.

I’d love to have you join the next round and help you make some serious progress, re-write the narrative your inner dreamshitter would have you believe and have a shitload of fun along the way too.

This will be the 12th One Woman Band cohort, and I can honestly say it’s the thing I’m most proud of creating.

When you join one woman band, what you’re really getting is:

🙌 100 days of strategic support and feedback from a creative and multi-passionate coach who gets what it is to do things differently and make a difference in the world in a way that feeds your soul.

💃 A group of like-minded women who get it. They will become your cheerleaders, your confidants, and your friends.

💖 A safe place to be really honest. We will laugh, we will cry, and we will all be there to celebrate your wins, support you when things feel hard and scary, and remind you how fabulous you are when you most need it.

⚡️ Accountability and support to really get shit done. You’ll also get clarity to see the bigger picture, your blindspots and the things that set you apart - which are SO hard to see when you’re so close to your own work

🌈 Encouragement, motivation and practical strategies to help you achieve your dreams, overcome self-sabotage and tools to help you pick yourself up when you fall off the wagon.

past one woman band-ers often describe my approach as ‘having a totally empathetic and get-shit-done best friend’ with them.

here’s what else they have to say!

One Woman Band has been a transformative and revelatory experience. Meg has created a supportive and compassionate space where her warmth and humour shine through every activity. The range of these activities is excellent and provide opportunities to share life experiences and reflections with like-minded women.

If you like the idea of spending 100 days with kick-ass, inspirational women, then One Woman Band is for you!

During One Woman Band I created and launched my own website, set up all the (endless) behind the scenes processes and workflows. While doing that I also designed the website for my first client and made about five thousand changes to my own website. It was easy to feel like I wasn't making the progress I wanted but every time I said that, Meg would recite back everything I had done and remind me that it actually was a lot!

I don't know how I would have got everything done without OWB, the co working sessions were a lifesaver. It made it so much easier to get the shit I didn't want to do finished instead of putting it off forever. I honestly feel like the reason I got my website/business up and running this year rather than "sometime next year I hope" was because of OWB. It makes a huge difference having people invested and interested in what you're doing, cheering you on. Now it’s over I feel so sad it's ending! I don't want to stop.

Stak Moody -Squarespace designer, strategist, writer

Over the past 100 days I’ve been overwhelmed with the acceptance, encouragement, and support I’ve received from Meg and the other members. Meg’s expertly facilitated sessions and coaching has enabled me to learn new ideas, prioritise time for my well-being, be inspired by the experiences and projects shared by other members, and achieve so much more than I ever imagined possible. I feel stronger to face what I need to do and know that I have wonderful women cheering me on. I learnt so much from these amazing women. The openness and willingness to share was just awesome.

The blend of calls, coworking and one to one is perfect - just amazing. I feel inspired and definitely on a journey of discovery.

SANDRA TAYLOR -management exec

At the beginning of One Woman Band, I was muddled and confused, wanting so much to do something meaningful with my creativity but not knowing where to start. Now I feel like I have direction. I feel so nurtured and like there are people who get what I'm about, and what I'm trying to do in the world, and that people will want to be a part of it--and I'm starting to have the confidence to put it out there.

My whole mindset has shifted. I was expecting everyone to be artists, but I loved how diverse everyone’s goals and interests were. There were so many areas to connect. It was really a lovely group of people! Each part was so helpful: I think both the group coaching and the more 1:1 coaching helped me to make some pretty significant realizations. The co-working sessions were great at teaching me how to set goals and accomplish them in a short time frame. And I loved the community.

I wasn't expecting the epic amount of time and energy and love Meg put into it! She really invested so much in all of us and I felt really lucky and grateful to be a part of it!”

Jenny Morgenthaler - artist, teacher

I was hesitant on making the investment since it was for me and nobody else in my family, but I gave OWB a go because I liked the thought of being in a group with like-minded female creatives and having the accountability.

Now after the 100 days I can say that I really gained a lot of encouragement from everyone and made massive strides in my mindset. Seeing other creatives struggle to prioritize their passion projects helped me to realize I'm not alone, lazy, or generally dropping the ball.

Joining the One Woman Band will give you the motivation that you need to first, discover the creative projects that should get your prioritization and then, surround you with likeminded creatives to cheer you on. Come as you are and let your guard down because you'll discover more about yourself and more of who you were intended to be through your art

I joined One Woman Band Club because I knew I needed to get my self-confidence up. I also wanted to invest in myself because I had been investing everything in others for so long.

For anyone thinking about joining, I'd say, this is your chance to invest in yourself and your dreams. This is your chance to make new and supportive friends around the world. This is your chance to get your beautiful ideas and work out into the world and help nurture others great work also.

The world needs what you have to give. This will help make it happen

REGINA WINK-SWINFORD - Community organiser, food pantry president

Before One Woman Band, I was determined but bamboozled. I couldn't decide what was a priority or what to do first. At the end of the 100 days, I’m sitting here with a sense of pride of my accomplishments and a deep feeling of satisfaction.

I really enjoyed that everyone in the group all did different things. It might sound strange, but when everyone is doing something different, it's easier for me to feel like I fit in! It was so encouraging and inspiring to be able to see others working away to accomplish their goals at the same time.

I always got up with an extra spring in my step on days we had co-working because I knew I would achieve something and also get an update from my fellow One Women Band folks.

FAQs

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?

After you book, you'll be taken straight to the One Woman Band Dashboard where you can get all the dates for all of our One Woman Band happenings! This is where you'll be accessing all the links, replays etc during our 100 days. There's a questionnaire to help me understand more about you :)

HOW MUCH IS IT?

One Woman Band costs £380 in total. Most people choose to pay in 4 equal monthly instalments of £95, this price includes absolutely everything; group calls and Q&A calls, co-working, Monday and Friday huddles, and our online community.

WHAT IF I’M IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE FROM THE UK?

It’s not rare for women to be spread across seven time zones! I tailor the times to make sure you can attend at the very least 1 co-working session a week, and group calls will be at a time suitable to most time zones! Call recordings will be available in your One Woman Band Dashboard the day after they happen if you can't make them live.

Q. IS THIS JUST FOR BUSINESS OWNERS OR CREATIVES?

A. I tend to find that people come to One Woman Band to work on one of three things:

  1. Their business or finding a way to work for themselves.

  2. Their creativity - nurturing their creativity, buildings regular creative practice, finishing a project

  3. Themselves - habits, routines, diving more into their purpose and next steps

I’ve put together 3 case studies to show you the different ways women have used the 100 days. Jessica worked on building her business and creating a compassionate structure for herself, Jenny worked on nurturing her creativity and finishing a huge project near and dear to her heart and Regina worked on creating flexible routines and habits.

The biggest thing in common with everyone who joins One Woman Band is that they’re at a crossroads and ready to build a life than aligns with their values.

WHEN WILL THE COACHING CALLS BE?

The group calls are Thursday between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, UK time! The calls alternate between themed group coaching calls and Q&A style coaching calls.

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE A CALL?

All group calls will be recorded - only to be shared within the group. You will have access to recordings of each group coaching call inside the One Woman Band Dashboard to catch up with at your leisure!

WILL YOU (MEG) BE JOINING IN WITH THE GOAL SETTING ETC?

No, my role is to coach, facilitate and to support you, but I’ll be working on my own stuff during co-working sessions. It's not rare to find me recording episodes of The Daily Pep! and creating fun stuff (and making myself doing admin work!)

DO I HAVE TO MAKE IT TO EVERY CO-WORKING SESSION?

Not at all, though past members have found attending at least one a week is a great way of building momentum, forming new friendships and staying in touch! You're also more than welcome to join each of them!

HOW DO THE MONDAY AND FRIDAY HUDDLES WORK?

The Monday and Friday huddles are a way to get clear on your priorities for the week and actually acknowledge your wins! The Monday huddle starts an hour before co-working on Monday and the Friday huddle starts at the end of co-working on a Friday. Both huddles are 45 minutes and they'll be space to do some reflection that usually falls to the wayside!

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK?

The payment plan divides the total cost (£380) into 4 equal payments of £95. The first payment will be made on the day of booking your spot and the remaining three payments will be made on the same date for the next three months. Signing up to pay by a payment plan is committing to pay the full amount.
