Traditional productivity advice just doesn't work for those of us who are square pegs in round holes; multi-passionate, highly sensitive, neurodivergent, and rebellious (whether intentionally so or not.

It's so easy to set goals, forget them and then use them as a massive stick to beat ourselves with.

And when we don’t achieve our goals, sometimes it feels like it only serves to prove our dreamshitter right and we end up feeling shittier than we started.

compassionate
productivity!

During 100 days, you’ll learn and implement a kinder, more sustainable approach to getting shit done, working WITH your brain rather than against it. A system that you can use over and over again, that acknowledges your wins and inspires you.

It’s designed intentionally and specifically for those of us who resist structure.

100 Days of Compassionate Productivity is part-online course, part interactive programme, and part DIY adventure, and it’s designed for anyone who is ready to find a new way of doing things, with ease, joy and compassion.

100 days of compassionate productivity is an effective system

for getting shit done, designed by a rebel, for rebels!

here’s how it works!

At the start of the 100 days, we gather together online to set our intentions for the 100 days and put together a bit of a plan! You’ll also have immediate access to 100 day workbook which will guide you through this process, as well as five mini lessons taking you through the core tools of the compassionate productivity system.

Once you’ve got your plan, it’s time to start putting it into practice and you’ll be doing that with your Compassionate Productivity Planner. Your planner will guide you week by week using the tools, you’ll be learning and implementing a fun and easy way of planning your week, getting shit done, acknowledging and reviewing your wins in a way that is not only seriously efficient, but will give you a big boost.

At the 50 day mark, we’ll take a pause to reflect, tweak what we need to, and celebrate how you’re doing so far, with your 50 Day Workbook! You’ll be invited to submit questions, struggles or things you’d like to work through, and I’ll be recording my answers via a Q&A call to watch at your own leisure, tailored to the questions asked! (You can of course ask anonymously!)

You’ll go into your final 50 days with a plan and renewed energy and by this time, the Compassionate Productivity Tools will be something that you not only look forward to doing, but are embedded into your life! You’ll have a third and final workbook to finish your 100 days; a place to celebrate, reflect and also think ahead to the next 100 days!

Alongside the programme, you’ll also be invited to my client/students only monthly Zoom hangout on Zoom, where you can connect with a fabulous group of likeminded rebel rousers! I’d love to hear your progress and wins as you go along and this will be a great way of sharing! At the end of the 100 days, our December call is going to be specifically about tooting our horns and celebrating our wins!

Around Day 100, you’ll be invited to share what you’ve been working on, your wins and anything you’d like to share with my Letters of Rebellion email community! Your project will be going out to a whole fabulous community of likeminded women and I can’t wait to celebrate with you! You’ll also have a workbook designed to help you see just how far you’ve come, and think ahead to the next 100 days!

And everything is housed in your online dashboard which you have lifetime access to.

100-day containers give you a different perspective of time, and it gives you a frame of reference to see just how much you DO actually do.

It’s long enough to get shit done and form new habits but short enough that it feels like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, and because it's a nice round number, there are also some really clear milestones along the way.

In 100 days you can:

  • Make serious progress because it’s a short enough time period to get shit done, but it doesn’t feel like forever (hello, freedom!)

  • Learn more about how you work, and help you create your own flexible structure that you can apply for years to come (and tweak when you need to)

  • Show yourself you can actually stick to things and see something through, even when it feels scary. (And this serves as evidence that you’ll always have as proof to look back on when you think you can’t do it)

Compassionate Productivity was born out of a very real need to find an alternative way to getting shit done without treating yourself like shit. (I learned it the hard way!) I wanted to create an alternative to the toxic productivity and hustle and burnout culture we’ve become so accustomed to, and replace the shame and guit that is so often associated with productivity, with joy, ease and compassion.

I’m obsessed with bright colours, stationery, Dolly Parton and my ridiculous cockapoo Merlin.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I JOIN?

After you book, you'll be taken straight to the 100 Days of Compassionate Productivity Dashboard and you’ll have immediate access to everything apart from the Day 50 and Day 100 activities which will be unlocked throughout the 100 days :) We’ll be having our Live Kickoff Workshop on Tuesday 10th September at 6.30pm-8.30pm UK time (there will be a recording if you can’t make it live!)

HOW DOES THIS DIFFER FROM ONE WOMAN BAND CLUB?

100 Days of Compassionate Productivity is mainly a solo paced adventure. One Woman Band Club is a more intensive and community based programme where we meet four times during the week and show up and do everything together. 100 days of Compassionate Productivity is designed to be accessible for people who for people who prefer to do things at their own pace in their space and own time and for people who can't make things live but don't want to miss out.

DO I NEED AN IPAD/TABLET TO USE THE PLANNER?

Nope :) You can use the planner with an app like Good Notes where it will act as a digital planner. There is also a printable Compassionate Productivity Planner in your dashboard that you can print off in its entirety, or print off parts or weeks as you go!

WHAT ABOUT AFTER THE 100 DAYS?

100 Days of Compassionate Productivity is designed to teach you a joyful and rebellious system for getting shit done.
