We have the ideas, we have the enthusiasm, but sometimes it just feels so much harder than we thought it would.
We’re sold all the blueprints (which are all pretty much the same three step formulas)
And we’re told it’s gonna be SO fucking easy (and when it’s not, we wonder where we’re going wrong.)
Because, can we just be honest? Sometimes it fucking sucks, and sometimes we wonder whether we’re cut out for it.
But here’s what I also know to be true:

There are SO many fabulously unconventional and value-led women out there doing their own thing, with really quirky businesses, projects and adventures. It’s easy to think you’re on our own, but you seriously aren’t.
It is possible to have a successful, sustainable and fulfilling business that lights you up rather than burns you out. And it’s possible to do it on your own terms, in your own quirky way.
It is possible to do work you love, in a way that aligns with your values without selling out, succumbing to your inner dreamshitter, and also in a way that FEELS good.
so it’s with a very happy heart, that I introduce to you:
a monthly community for people who are right there in it, doing their own thing who want community, support, and a lot more sanity.

who’s behind rebel creators and why does it exist?

I’m a creativity-life-biz coach, podcaster and all-round rebel-rouser for fiercely creative, wildly multi-passionate & fabulously weird women. I’m all about helping you show up in the world as your most courageous and authentic selves, get shit done and do the epic shit only you can do!
I started working for myself in 2015, and as someone that’s always been able to see through the bullshit, I can firmly say there’s been a lot of it in the online business world!
There were so many times in the beginning when I wondered if I should pack it all in and get a “proper job”, and wondered if I was the problem.
Times when I felt so out of my depth, and so damn different from all the other business owners around me. Times when I seriously questioned if it is possible to build a business without sacrificing my values, and my sanity. And if I was even allowed to want this in the first place.
Now, with 10+ years under my belt, I can say with my hand on my heart, that it is possible to build a sustainable, fulfilling and successful business, according to your own definitions, and on your own terms.
And you can do it as a multi-passionate weirdo like me! I work full time for myself, and my business supports me and Mr Meg’s life, and I do it with a sweary ass website, having VERY few calls before midday, and while being able to achieve my lifelong dream of being location independent and my own boss!
At this point, I’ve worked with hundreds of women and while the projects and businesses are wildly varied, a lot of the struggles are the same (managing your time and energy, battling your inner dreamshitter, prioritising, pivoting, fear of putting yourself out there), and I know firsthand the magic that is made when we tackle this stuff together!
I created Rebel Creators as it’s exactly what I most wanted when I was starting out doing my own thing back in 2014, and what I wish existed in the world today.

Do I have to sign up for a certain amount of months?
Nope! There’s no minimum monthly commitment, and you can cancel anytime :) You’ll only have access to the private member’s podcast and dashboard while you’re a member.
How do I access the Q&As?
For each month’s Q&As, I record the answers and share the audio and a transcript in the Q&A section of your hub. To make them even more easier to access, there will soon be a private podcast feed exclusive to Rebel Creators which will houses all of the past and current Q&As. There are 50+ available so far, and they’re worth the price of the membership alone!
When are the monthly calls?
The call dates tend to be varied so as many people can make it as possible. They tend to be the last week of every month. The next 3 call dates are:
Tuesday 29th April, 7pm-9pm (UK time)
Tuesday 27th May, 7pm-9pm (UK time)
Saturday 28th June, 7pm-9pm (UK time)
I don’t think I’m ‘creative’.
You don’t need to be an artist or a writer to join, although you’ll certainly find lots of them around! When I say creative, what I really mean is a creative approach to doing your own thing!

How do the calls work, and what happens if I can’t make one of the calls?
The calls vary between themed discussions on a particular area of doing your own thing, and meeting and connecting with other likeminded people! The calls aren’t recorded so we can be really frank and honest. If you can’t make the month’s call, please do submit a question for the Q&As so I can support you!
What is the Rebel Social?
The Rebel Social is a regular social and a private community for all the fabulous women I’ve had the joy to work with! We get together on Zoom, generally hang out, share what we’re working on, and have a good chat! We also have a private facebook group where we share wins, what you’re working on, and it’s a great place to get to know other rebels and explore new ideas. Don’t worry if you’re not on Facebook (trust me, I get it!), you'll still receive email invites to the social each month, so you won't miss out!
