A 6-month group coaching program to help you prioritise your creativity and take your projects off the someday pile!

Except carving out the time and getting down to creating isn’t exactly simple.
As curious, multi-passionate, creatives, actually getting down to the act of creating - or finishing our projects - can often feel like doing quantum physics while standing on our heads in a supermarket at rush hour.
And when we do think about carving out the time, our dreamshitter shows up loud and proud, with some absolute bullshit disguised as truth. (You know the drill: what about other people’s needs? What about all the other shit you have to do? What’s the point it’s not good in the first place/you never finish what you start? Blah fucking blah).
And by that time, the moment has passed, the time is up and the frustration grows.
Fuck that.
When we create, and have time to create, we are happier, it’s as simple as that.
And here’s the added fuckery and the ultimate irony.
Your inner dreamshitter will also give you a hard time about NOT creating! You literally can’t win.
So it’s time to take the side door.
Or as Kacey Musgraves would put it:
“You're damned if you do, and you're damned if you don't, so you might as well just do whatever you want.”
Introducing the Women’s
Creativity Circle
A six month coaching program where you take your projects off the someday pile, and do the things that actually matter, with compassionate accountability*, flexible structure and a fabulous community of likeminded women.
* No tough love, no drill sergeants, no shame. Instead, a coach that meets you where you exactly where you are and gets creative about how you can take action, and pushes back against your inner dreamshitter.
“I have met peeps from all over doing all kinds of interesting things and we keep each other going. We are like a motley band of sailors led by an experienced captain who ensures all are safe, fed, loved and heading in their right directions. Meg leads with love, compassion, fierceness when needed (and always asking permission first). Don't hesitate for a second if the vibe intrigues - it's life changing.”
SAGE WHEELER
While it can be a struggle to overcome the self-doubt, and get out of your own head and carve out the time, it is absolutely possible.
And when you do? Fuck me, things feel better.
And when you do it with your people - likeminded, big hearted, curious women - who meet you exactly as you are and bring out the best in you? With external scaffolding and accountability that feels more like a treat than a demand? MAGIC.
You start to feel more like yourself, you feel more connected - to your creativity, to your life, to the world. The seething resentment ebbs away, your confidence starts to flourish and you’re not just fucking doing the thing, you’re enjoying doing the thing!
And here’s the fabulous thing: we do it without abandoning everyone you love, without quitting your life and moving to a cabin in the woods or on a painting retreat on a beach in Bali with sand up your hoo-ha.
AND without having to morning pages every single day - ideally at exactly 5.24am. (Yep, I’m going there, Julia Cameron!)
Hi, I’m Meg. I’m a coach, writer and podcaster, and my superpower is bringing together kind, big hearted, friendly, creative, multi-passionate, wise women and helping them take their dreams off the someday pile.
My twelve years of working with this wonderful community of multi-passionate, compassionate, wise women has taught me that around here we all tend to have some things in common:
We want to maintain momentum and we want to finish things. We want to build confidence against our inner dreamshitter and the external dreamshitters around us. And we want to find our people; the people who don’t look at us weird for having a thousand different projects on the go.
For the past six years I’ve been running group programs and I am continually awed by the kindness, the generosity, the collective wisdom and just the power of a community of likeminded women. I’ve seen time and time again that when you have a community of like-minded women, carving out time together, it’s fucking magic.
I’m an absolute nerd when it comes to figuring out how we can get our projects done as multi-passionates. I’ve learned how to work with my brain rather than against it, and 1,500+ podcast episodes, thousands of coaching sessions and 12 years of self-employment, I’m proof that you can create consistently, even with a chaotic ADHD brain!
“I'm not really a joiner of things - clubs, communities, parties! - I feel awkward, or that I have to mask, or put in too much effort and I'm tired afterwards. Meg hosts and holds spaces beautifully and clearly, so we as members are free and supported to be and think and share and support each other. She cares and believes in each of us and what we're trying to do, and that spreads - I believe in my ability more than I did when I started, and I care about and believe in all the other women here too.”

How does it work?
Twice weekly
co-working sessions to actually work on your project(s)
One of the reasons co-working is SO good at getting us to work on our own stuff, is because much easier to tend to their creative projects when there’s a fixed date in the diary and they can legitimately tell loved ones they’re busy.

THURSDAYS at / EST
Monthly accountability circle to map, celebrate and acknowledge your progress
It’s important to stop and acknowledge what we’ve achieved already. The Accountability Circles will be our space to take a breath, celebrate ours and each other’s wins, and map our course for the next month.
Over the course of six months, we will gather together twice a week for co-working and co-making and you will meet with me and your smaller group accountability circle once a month.
the magic of rebel rousers co-working:
I love the compassionate accountability that comes with the co-working sessions. It’s perfect for people who like the deep focus of solo working, but who also like the company and accountability that comes from being in an online community space. As someone who lives with chronic fatigue, I love co-working as I can have both companionship and the quiet I need to focus - having my cake and eating it!
ZENA KAMASH
Co-working helps me to feel better about myself, makes me feel less lonely, nicer to myself and be more productive. It’s strange at first and very simple concept but then you just get on with it with lovely people and it soon becomes part of your working week that you look forward to. Co-working gave me a a really good idea of what was feasible to ask of myself in an hour and also I felt really flipping good about myself!!
BEX CAMPEY
I find co-working supportive and low-pressure. It gives me a compassionate container to do things I don’t make time for, or that I find hard to start or finish. Being with others in a no-pressure and warm environment makes it much easier to sit down and start. It’s a highlight of my day!
LIZZY
and while you make so much progress with you creative projects, you also take on and win some sneaky side quests in the process:

Your confidence grows confidence and a deeper connection to your creativity and creative projects
A connection win
Community and finding your people
A time management win
You learn how to break things down, what is actually feasible for you to get done in a certain amount of time and

how past clients have described my past rebel programmes!
Thank you, Meg for the loveliest, most supportive half year huddle I’ve ever been to! It was the sweetest group— I loved how you combined our live sharing with the side chats, it was very intimate and comfortable and low key. I loved all of your questions, and most especially your strong support and encouragement for us throughout. I really felt like, ultimately you were reminding us to truly love ourselves. It was just what I needed— thank you!

“I've never felt part of something that suits me so well, that I have actively wanted to stay a part of throughout, rather than drifting away, losing interest or motivation.”

What’s waiting for you on the other side of the women’s creativity circle:
The joy, the confidence and the feeling fucking good about yourself that comes with having spent time on your own stuff, with actual things to show for it.
Stronger muscles when it comes to being visible, putting yourself out there, setting boundaries and prioritising your own needs.
A community of likeminded womenwho care, who actually actually GET - and love - your projects and dreams, who bring out the best in you, and are invested in your journey.
A regular and dare I say it, consistent creative practice, with dedicated time and space carved out in the calendar just for you. (Many of the women I work with find it much easier to tend to their creative projects when there’s a fixed date in the diary and they can legitimately tell loved ones they’re busy).
A much better and more compassionate idea of what it feasible to ask of yourself and how much you can achieve in a certain amount of time.
Compassionate accountability to actually work on your projects and tend to your creativity. No tough love, no drill sergeants, no shame, just a group of women who meet you exactly where you are and a coach that pushes back against your inner dreamshitter.
A safe place where you’re part of a community, where people meet you exactly where you’re at and where you can go at your own pace
Friendships that last long past the program, with women who are real about their struggles and still try and do what calls them.

FAQs
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
After you book, you'll be taken straight to the Women’s Creativity Circle Dashboard. There you’ll find the schedule (including Google links and PDFs of printable calendars). You’ll also receive an email with a link to choose the smaller accountability group which fits your calendar best! Once you’ve chosen your group, you’ll be added to your specific group’s Dashboard, which will contain more specific dates/times.
There will be three smaller accountability groups to choose from, each designed to serve different timezones and schedules better:
Tuesday
Thursday
Saturday
Please note, these are first come, first served, and will not be able to be swapped between.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The Women’s Creativity Circle is £330 in total. You can either choose to pay in full prior to starting the program, or via a payment plan of 6 equal payments of £55 which come out the same day you sign up each month. Signing up to pay by a payment plan is committing to pay the full amount.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK?
The payment plan divides the total cost (£330) into 6 equal payments of £55. The first payment will be made on the day of booking your spot and the remaining six payments will be made on the same date for the next three months. Signing up to pay by a payment plan is committing to pay the full amount.
WHAT IF I’M IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE FROM THE UK?
It’s not rare for women to be spread across seven time zones! For the Circle, I’ve introduced three separate accountability groups that are scheduled at times aimed to make sure that there is at least one of those groups you’ll be able to attend in your timezone. You’ll be invited to choose which group works best for you after booking. Co-working will also be spread between AM + PM, and you’re able to attend both, or just the session that works best for your timezone.

IS THIS JUST FOR BUSINESS OWNERS OR CREATIVES?
I tend to find that people come to One Woman Band to work on one of three things:
1. Their business or finding a way to work for themselves.
2. Their creativity - nurturing their creativity, buildings regular creative practice, finishing a project
3. Themselves - habits, routines, diving more into their purpose and next steps
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE WOMEN’S CREATIVITY CIRCLE?
It can be really scary thinking of bringing someone else into your journey and I believe the proof is in the pudding. To paint a picture of what to expect, here’s more about my approach and how I work, and here’s what some of my past clients have said about working with me and our time together!
WHAT TIME WILL THE VARIOUS SESSIONS BE?
The group calls are bi-weekly on Thursdays between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, UK time! The calls alternate between themed group coaching calls and Q&A style coaching calls.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE IT TO EVERY CO-WORKING SESSION?
Not at all, though attending at least one a week will be a great way of building momentum, forming new friendships and staying in touch! You're also more than welcome to join each of them!
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE AN ACCOUNTABILITY SESSION?
The accountability groups will be recorded, so you’ll be able to catch up on what everyone else has planned.
I’M NOT SURE IF IT’S FOR ME, OR IF I’M A GOOD FIT
If you have any questions, or if you’re wondering if it’s a good time for you, or you’d be a good fit, book a discovery call! You can also email me: support [at] therebelrousers.com I’ll answer honestly :)
This isn’t a good fit if:
You’re already freaking out about how on earth you’re gonna fit it on the calendar, the Circle is a 6-month commitment, and if it already feels like a stretch, it’s more than likely not the right time.
If the Circle feels more stressful than delightful
You’re in crisis, the Women’s Creativity Circle is a program designed to help women work on their creativity, and is not therapy, life coaching or crisis management.
