Finding and living by your core values solo adventure.

start living in a way that feels wildly authentic and wholly yours.

You want more out of life, but sometimes you feel totally stuck on what that would even look like.

  • You'd love a clear compass instead of feeling lost in a sea of possibilities, or pressured to choose the ‘right’ path (by yourself and others).

  • You’d love to live a life and make choices that feel good, unapologetically aligned with who you are.

  • You know living by your values is non-negotiable for you, but it’s so damn hard figuring out what they are!

Here’s the thing:

Your values exist whether or not you can name them. They’re already guiding principles behind what you do, but once you can really identify them you get this almost magical ability to really use them in your everyday life, live with more intention, and conciously make choices from a place that really works for you.

Let’s uncover your core values and discover what it practically looks like to create decisions and a life from those values.

Introducing:

Finding and Living By Your Core Values Solo Adventure!

Core values solo adventure resources, guided journal, reading list, creative exercises, solo adventure dashboard, phone playing audio reflection.

Your solo adventure includes:

  • A guided journal with prompts to explore what your own values and what what it looks like to live in (or out of) alignment with them

  • 3 creative exercises: tools to help you find and check-in with your values

  • Reading list + rabbit holes: books, podcasts, & resources for diving even deeper

  • Invite to The Rebel Social: a supportive online community for the wonderful people I’ve worked with!

Your Solo Adventure will provide you with the tools and insights to help you identify your values and use them as a compass and lens to build a fabulous life you love 🙌

The finding and living by your core values solo adventure will help you:

✔️ Confidently choose projects, people and paths that truly align with what you want. (As well as start to figure that out in the first place!)

✔️ Focus on creating a life that feels good on the inside, and start making everyday moves that align with who you really are (not who the world says you “should” be).

✔️ Uncover a concrete set of values that can act as guiding principles for yourself to turn to whenever you feel lost, stuck or unsure.

✔️ Tap into more energy and creativity by aligning your day-to-day with what really matters and who you are.

“Meg is warm and real!! She say it like it is and this is gold in itself. She is always so positive and realistic about what can be achieved and she is a fountain of knowledge and always has some sort of valuable resource to hand.”

wait - what’s a solo adventure and how does it work?!

A Solo Adventure is an introvert-friendly, digital dive into a specific area of personal development. You can do it at your own pace, in your own place, at a coffee shop, on a walk, or on an artist’s date. They're intentionally designed to help you show up and do the work, nourish yourself and stay committed to yourself and your creativity.

I've intentionally made it simple and accessible, as fuck knows how many lengthy courses I've bought that sit on my hard drive! I’ve designed it to be really helpful, practical, easy to dive into and to feel like an absolute treat to do!

Here are some ideas on how you might approach your solo adventure!

Take the journal with you to a coffee shop and listen to the audio on the way to get you thinking!

Block out an afternoon and turn it into an artist’s date! Get a favourite beverage, a slice of cake and make it a real treat!

Pick a weekday evening and do it over a couple of weeks to guide you into some much-needed you time!

Put a date in the diary, and tell everyone you’re busy with an appointment!
(Because you are!)

Bookmark the link and take it with you on holiday or a long train journey!

Gather with some friends and have your own DIY retreat!

Once you own your core values, you start embracing and stop apologising so much for who you are.

So often we carry so much shame, guilt, and regret because certain jobs, friendships, projects and routines didn’t work, or left us totally depleted. We beat ourselves up for not being enough and place the blame squarely on our shoulders without even stopping to consider whether it was out of alignment for us - or to quote Emily McDowell, ‘an impossible setup versus a personal failure.’

As you start working with your values, everything changes. You have more clarity, you know what’s important, and you have both an anchor and a compass to come back to. And I firmly believe you start to come back home to yourself as well, no matter how cheesy that might sound.

You nurture relationships and dreams that reflect who you are, not who you’re supposed to be. And you focus on the things that fill you up instead of deplete you. And I don’t know about you, but I think it’s about damn time!

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!

I created this solo adventure because I know first-hand what it’s like to feel completely out of sync with your own life — like a square peg desperately trying to fit into round holes everyone else seems perfectly happy with. For years, I blamed myself every time a job or relationship left me feeling drained or small. My inner dreamshitter had a field day, convincing me there was something wrong with me. But what I eventually realised was, it wasn’t me who was broken—it was that I’d never stopped to ask what was truly important to me, beneath all the noise, all the “shoulds”.

One of the tangible things I’ve gained from working on and with my core values is releasing guilt, self-blame and regret over past choices, and realising why certain situations didn’t fit with me.

Uncovering my own core values changed everything. It wasn’t about becoming someone new or better—it was about finally coming home to myself and building a life that actually lights me up, unapologetically. And I want that for us all.
