the ultimate brainstorming + strategy session for
multi-passionates who want to
get unstuck, find clarity
& build momentum.

Building a life you love takes a shitload of courage, but you don't have to do it alone.

But it can be so easy to get lost in the sea of overwhelm, perfectionism and self-doubt.

You have an inkling: a nagging thought at the back of your head that you can do it, but sometimes it’s so hard to know where to start or even believe it’s possible.

And it can be so difficult to keep going because often it feels like you’re walking round in the same damn circle over and over again. While it is really fucking scary to blaze your own trail, you’re sick of being your own personal dreamshitter.

wouldn’t it be great if you could:

  • Have a clear sense of direction and an injection of courage so you can move past the fears that hold you back so you can show up in the world as fully and authentically you

  • Have a safe and encouraging space to dream out loud, uncover the epic shit only you can do and connect the dots between your stories, experiences and skills and find your unique path.

  • Brainstorm ideas and create a roadmap with a creative coach and strategist who specialises in helping creative and multi-passionate women get out of their way and make shit happen.

introducing brain huddle strategy sessions!

Brain Huddles are a focused, 90-minutes session where we get our heads together and dive deep.

You bring yourself, your values, your idea (no matter how vague) and whatever you’re stuck with.

I bring my superpowers of asking questions that get to the heart of the issue, energising ideas and turning them into concrete, tangible things.

Together we’ll come up with a plan, re-energise your ideas and get you unstuck!

You’ll leave the session feeling inspired and excited about the future, with firm next steps and a shitload of resources to help you on your way.

how it works!

before the session!

When you book, you’ll be invited to pick a time and date. You’ll then receive a questionnaire which will help me get to know more about you and help me prepare before our session. It’ll also help you dig deep and help you get the most out of our session.

during the session!

We’ll meet together on Zoom for 90 minutes. We’ll dive deep, we’ll use your questionnaire as a guide and find a way to get clarity, bring your ideas together and form an action plan with next steps so not only do you know where you’re going, but how you’re gonna get there!

after the session!

I’ll send you an mp3 recording of our call to listen back to - lots of clients find this invaluable, and it takes the pressure off of making notes and getting everything down at the time. I’ll also email you any resources mentioned during the call in addition to any I later think of!

“I loved the brainstorming and collaboration and having the opportunity to tap into Meg’s extensive knowledge and experience but it also felt very personal. Meg completely adapted to my agenda and recognised my needs throughout the sessions. I loved how we did big thinking and got down to the detail too. I hoped I'd get clarity on where I wanted to go but I didn't know I'd make so much progress in such a short space of time.”

“Meg's coaching style is like a booster shot of enthusiasm and reframes all those limiting beliefs which just lurk under the surface waiting to sabotage your business day. Also, she's funny, realistic and practical on how to manage those every day balances between business, life and self-care. I like that Meg is funny - I work best in an environment of humour and this has really worked for me.” Emma Worthington, creative business owner, facilitator, mentor.

“My favorite part of working with Meg was when she came up with ideas that captured exactly what I wanted but never could have come up with. In one session, she threw out the idea of a digital magazine as a way to release my writing and I thought it was absolutely brilliant (and answered a lot of logistical issues I had). The creative ideas she comes up with are wonderful; the fact that she shares your excitement and helps you turn them into something real makes it even better.” - Katie Critelli, writer, data scientist, anthropologist

“Before working with Meg I was stuck on how my passions and goals could come together as a cohesive whole, and also how I could monetise things beyond tech. I felt like the disparate parts of myself had to remain separate. I now feel like I have a plan and a direction, and it can encompass all the different parts of me. The thing I found the most helpful was the diagram Meg drew showing how things I care about overlap and intersect. Meg helped me look at my career and what i thought were "extra-curriculars" in a very different way. I liked that Meg obviously thought quite a lot about what points she wanted to cover before you asked questions, as well as exploring and changing course as things came up. I feel so much more excited and positive about the future, and I have a plan.” - Olu Niyi-Awosusi, web developer, social justice activist, podcaster

“Meg is a fantastic coach who truly focuses on the whole person in her work. She is skilled at organization/planning/accountability and will help you get your project off the ground (if that is what you need). She also may surprise you in being able to guide you to a different path (that you've had inside all along and just haven't been able to see) or a new way of thinking about your life. Meg is someone who can meet you exactly where you are, and help you find the best way to move forward.” - Anna French

“Before working with Meg, I was very blocked and very stressed. I didn’t feel like I had any control over my workflow and I felt pretty isolated. Working with Meg has overhauled my approach to work! Although the cost is totally reasonable, this was the first time I felt like I could justify spending that on myself - and I’m so glad I did! I have so many more strategies not only for my work, for my work life balance and everything feels possible! Working with Meg was all I thought it would be and more. Meg really got what I needed - even when I didn’t! If you're looking for hand holding, ass kicking and perspective, do it. Do it do it do ittttt. DO IT!” - Kaite Welsh

“Meg was compassionate, open, asked lots of good questions, genuinely interested in me and what I needed and how we could best get me to where I wanted to be. The experience was amazingly helpful and motivating for me. The way she helped me to reframe things that I had known before but never really “got” have made a huge difference in my outlook and on the future of my creative projects and the creative career that I am making for myself.” — Kate Duterra

“Meg enabled me to unpick a whole knitting bag of tangles that have prevented me moving forward with my little business. She had such clarity, shining a light on it all, so that I could break down an unsurmountable issue into small tasks and get on with it! Moving forward I can ABSOLUTELY see a way ahead that is manageable.” - Lorraine Fiander

“If you feel like you have something positive to offer the world but don’t exactly know what, if you’re afraid you could be doing so much more to create the world in which you want to live but don’t know what action to take, if you want to bring your full, genuine self into the world but could use some encouragement, Meg is absolutely the woman to work with.” - Rebecca Rose Thering

What if we’re in different timezones?

I work with women all over the world :) If you don’t find any times available for you, email me :)

None of the dates available work for me.

Let me know what does work for you and we’ll work something out! Email me: meg [at] therebelrousers.com

How many things can I bring to a session?

The session will work best if you bring one or a maximum of two specific things. When you book your session, you’ll be taken to a pre-session questionnaire. This gives me more context, space for you to share what’s going on with you, and a framework to prioritise what you’d like to work on. There’s space in that questionnaire to put in bonus things you’d love to talk about if we can :)

Is this a one-time-only kind of thing?

Nope! Some clients find it helpful to book a call to help plan each quarter.

What kind of topics are not a good fit for a brain huddle?

The sky really is the limit! Though I should point out the obvious - I’m not I am not a mental health or healthcare professional, my services are not medical or mental health advice and I cannot give legal advice!
