exploring your relationship with creativity, solo adventure.

re-ignite and reclaim your creativity (whether you think you’re creative or not!)

Getting creative often has us wishing, wanting and wondering:

  • Wishing you could feel more inspired, and spend more time creating with less guilt and less comparison?

  • Wanting to create but finding there are always more demands on your time, energy and emotional bandwidth?

  • Wondering if you’re even creative to begin with? (And going down the comparison rabbit holes that make you feel even more of an imposter).

We all have moments of feeling stuck, uninspired, and questioning, but we also have a wonderful creative well we can tap into. Your creativity is always there to come back to, it’s there to serve whatever purpose you need it to, sometimes we just need to get (re)aquainted.

Let’s reclaim your creativity as the gift as it is and let’s find that creative spark!

A fun, short digital course that will provide you with the tools and insights to help you develop your relationship with creativity in your own way and on your own terms 🙌

exploring your relationship with creativity will help you:

✔️ Re-connect with your creativity and give yourself permission to explore, play, and create on your terms, in your own circumstances.

✔️ Identify your own creative ebbs and flows as well as recognise and create opportunities for micro creativity in your everyday life, and in different seasons of your life.

✔️ Start letting go of perfectionism and enjoy the process, not just the outcome. Own your creative identity, no matter what your creative practice looks like - or if you’d call yourself an artist.

✔️ Uncover your creative process - yes, I guarantee you have one! - and own your creative identity.

“Meg is warm and real!! She say it like it is and this is gold in itself. She is always so positive and realistic about what can be achieved and she is a fountain of knowledge and always has some sort of valuable resource to hand.”

I share how this work can be a wonderful invitation to re-write old (and often untrue) stories, reframe how we think about finishing creative projects, untangle expectations, and rediscover what creativity means in your daily life. (There’s also a Welcome audio to help you get started and navigate your solo adventure!)

dashboard + lifetime access

Everything is housed in your online Dashboard, ready to dive into at any time. You have lifetime access, and it’s there to help you weather all the different seasons in your life!

taking time for this work isn’t indulgent, it’s not selfish, it’s actually pretty fucking essential.

When you have time and space to connect with your creativity, everything flows a little better. You’re more in tune with your intuition so you can make better decisions (from a place of hope rather than fear). And feel more able to take risks and do things differently.

But I know it can be hard to make the time and give yourself permission, so I’ve intentionally made it simple and accessible. Fuck knows how many lengthy courses I’ve bought that sit on my hard drive! I’ve designed it to be really helpful, practical, easy to dive into and to feel like an absolute treat to do!

Here are some ideas on how you might approach your solo adventure!

hand with white pen

Take the journal with you to a coffee shop and listen to the audio on the way to get you thinking!

Block out an afternoon and turn it into an artist’s date! Get a favourite beverage, a slice of cake and make it a real treat!

Pick a weekday evening and do it over a couple of weeks to guide you into some much-needed you time!

Put a date in the diary, and tell everyone you’re busy with an appointment!
(Because you are!)

Bookmark the link and take it with you on holiday or a long train journey!

Gather with some friends and have your own DIY retreat!

let’s take some pressure off and bring some joy back!

Colourful notebook with bright ideas on the front, with a colourful unicorn pen.

It’s no wonder this creativity stuff feels like a funny fucker—most of us have spent years absorbing “shoulds”, feeling guilty about unfinished projects, or putting everyone else’s needs before our own, with our creativity falling to the wayside.

So let’s give yourself the space to do some inner excavation and (re)discover the freedom, delight and joyful fulfillement that creativity and self expression often brings.

A creative life is yours to reclaim, so let’s go get that motherfucker!

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!

When you have time and space to connect with yourself and your creativity, everything flows a little better. You’re more in tune with your intuition so you can make better decisions (from a place of hope rather than fear). You also feel more able to take risks and do things differently.

But often shit happens, and life gets in the way. And rather than a place to retreat to, your creativity, and your projects can become another stick to beat yourself with.

I know what it’s like to feel creatively stuck, to wrestle with guilt over taking time for yourself, and to feel haunted by the ghosts of half-finished projects (and a nagging doubt about whether you’re even creative at all).

That’s exactly why I created this solo adventure—to interrupt the self-blame game, give you a creative jolt, some creative nourishment and equip you with inspiration and practical tools that will breathe new life into both your creativity and your everyday life.
