18th December,

6.30pm-8.30pm UK time,

Zoom

There'll be a replay if you can’t make it live!

DISCLAIMER: It goes beyond saying, I think we’re all quite glad we’re still here, and I want to acknowledge how lucky we are to be looking ahead to 2025. But I think we can all agree it’s been a fucking hard year, and we’re all quite glad to see the back of it! This is the spirit of the workshop, and we’ll be doing it with grace, empathy and a good sense of humour!

We all have things from this year we’d like to bury in the ground. And not in a time capsule, let’s rejoice about this in 100 years time kind of way. but in a “I really don’t want to think about this again, be haunted by it or beat myself up about it again kind of way.”

I like to think about our life rucksack.

In it, we put the good times, the bad times, and everything that we’re holding onto.

Every year, we go into a new year with more unnecessary things in our rucksack; heavy rocks of disappointment, mementos of things that didn’t go right, and things we really don’t need to hang onto.

And the thing is, we all have these things in our rucksack.

And our gremlins like to keep these as little ‘shit that went wrong’ souvenirs that they LOVE to wave about as so-called proof that we can’t do it, we should give up, and we have no idea what we’re doing.

Well, fuck that.

it’s time to say a hearty shame-free fuck off to:

- unfinished projects

(and the guilt that comes with them)

- the goals you didn’t start

(and the shame that comes with it)

- things that went wrong

(and the amount of beating yourself up)

- that project that was a total flop

(and the myth that this only happens to you. Spoiler alert, it doesn’t!)

- the comment that completely undermined your confidence

(fuck off, Uncle Stan)

Together, with a group of like-minded women, we’ll do a joyful dig around of our life rucksacks and get curious about what we can learn from the things that didn’t work out this year, and the things that truly didn’t ‘spark joy’.

We’re also going to pan for gold and while we’re going to acknowledge that it’s been a fucking hard year, we’re going to also find the evidence that you CAN do it and the fabulous things you HAVE done along the way.

And we’re gonna let go of the shit in 2024 and go into the new year with less shame, more joy and feeling a whole lot less bogged down by shit that you really don’t need to carry with you.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You tend to be really damn hard on yourself and tend to get bogged down with the things that went wrong and forget the things that went right

  • You are so ready to wave goodbye to this year, and would love to give the year a joyful but firm send-off

  • Your inner dreamshitter is having a field day and you want to counter that voice with a kinder, more truthful voice

  • You love the idea of spending an evening having a good laugh with a group of likeminded women who just get it

  • You hate the traditional New Year, New You bullshit but still want to set yourself up for success in January.

 How does it work?

🙌 On 18th December (6.30pm-8.30pm UK time), we’ll gather on Zoom with big mugs of teas and mince pies (optional!) and really go through our rucksacks, find the gold, get rid of this shit and get your backpack nice and light to go into 2025.

🛠 You’ll leave with tools you can use time and time again, including practical ways to acknowledge the bad shit, a helpful way to reframe ‘failures’ and deal with your backpack as you go forward on your travels.

💖 And if this sounds great, but scary?

You’ll be invited to share as you go with a group of like-minded women BUT, you’re invited to share as much or as little as you like and you can keep your camera off the whole time if you like. I talk about how we all have superpowers quite a lot, and one of mine is creating safe and warm spaces that people feel really open to be themselves and vulnerable in, even if they haven’t met each other before.

💃 You’ll leave feeling lighter, ready to take on 2025, and you might actually be shocked at the gold you find at the bottom of your rucksack that you didn’t even know was there!

your investment: £25

I went into this workshop feeling very anxious, like I had a never ending to do list and feeling really low about how much I hadn’t achieved this year. I came out of this workshop feeling confident, happy and energised; realising that I have in fact achieved a hell of a lot this year and excited to start my projects.

In just two hours Meg managed to completely shift my perspective from one of self depreciation to self compassion, which I am truly grateful for. Meg created such a warm and comfortable environment, where I got to learn so much about myself as well as connecting with some amazing people.

This workshop was full to the brim of encouragement, kindness and self compassion. I never expected to get so much out of one workshop. Meg radiates positivity but in such an honest, humorous and considerate way. I will definitely be booking onto the next one.

A massive heartfelt thank you.

I loved the workshop! It was really valuable to make some space for that reflection.

Your metaphor worked really well and is easy to really take on board- I've even been taking it further for myself e.g. 'what crops are you sharing, what crops are you storing'.

It was so helpful to acknowledge some of the things you don't usually think so much about, such as tools.

I think the most important thing was that you made us feel seen. Zoom meetings always run the risk of being quite anonymous, where you're muted on entry and listen for the duration for the session, and it was so nice to feel like it really was an online get-together rather than a seminar. I love how you used people's names (it makes such a difference!), gave us loads of opportunities to use the chat function or unmute ourselves, introduce ourselves in the beginning, and I love that we have further opportunities to connect afterwards.

The Creative Harvest (and other seasonal courses) is such a good idea, Meg, and I know from the flurry of IG messages afterwards that people really did get a lot out of it. I hope you enjoyed it too!

So, what do you say?

are you ready to go into 2025, lighter, freer and with a whole lot less bullshit?

PS. BONUS SURPRISE!

Along with the live workshop and access to the replay - which is great if you can’t make it live - you also get an invite to join the Rebel Social, a place to continue to connect, find your people and make new friends with a group of brilliant women!

The Rebel Social is a regular hangout on Zoom and a Facebook group for all the fabulous women I’ve worked with and a place to really find your people, share your wins and get feedback from a group of like-minded and like-valued women who really just get it!
