What if I’m not sure what I want?

Don’t worry - you’re in the same boat many of my clients have been in! We’ll work through that together with your branding questionnaire. This is where I’ll find out more about your business, the clients you want to work with and how you want people to feel about your business. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way, so don’t let not having a clear idea stop you :)

How does payment work?

If you’re in the UK I will send you an invoice to be paid via bank transfer. If you’re outside of the UK, I’ll send you an invoice via Paypal. Fees are usually paid upfront but there is an option to pay 50% upfront and 50% before I send your final files.

How long does the process take?

This largely depends on the timeliness and clarity of your feedback. (I’ll send you a PDF to help you with feedback). Between receiving the questionnaire and Pinterest board, I will have your concepts over to you within 5 days and each round of revisions takes between 1-2 days after I receive your feedback.

What design programs do you use?

Mostly Adobe Illustrator and sometimes Adobe Photoshop.
