Sometimes, it feels like a LONG time since you really felt like yourself. It can feel like both you and your creativity got lost along the way of all the things you HAVE to do.

You’d love to dive more into your creativity, but there are always more demands on your time, energy and emotional bandwidth. And when you do find the time, it can feel intimidating and guilt-inducing, and it can be hard to know where to begin.

but, WHEN YOU HAVE TIME AND SPACE TO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR CREATIVITY, you also know EVERYTHING FLOWS A LITTLE BETTER:

(Even if it can feel a bit scary and like a logistical nightmare to get that time and space in the first place, but more on that in a second).

  • You feel more inspired and get more intentional about how you use your time -even if you don’t have a huge amount of it

  • You’re able to get perspective on what’s important to you and get more in tune with your intuition.

  • You feel more like a human and less like a walking to-do list

  • You don’t accept your inner dreamshitter’s bullshit so readily, and your inner wisdom becomes louder.

And you feel more able to take risks and do things differently.

so if you’re craving some creativity and you’re not sure where to begin - welcome! You’re in the right place!

it’s time for a solo adventure!

wait - what’s a solo adventure?!

they’re A fun, digital, DIY, guided creative adventure that you can do at your own pace, in your own place, at a coffee shop, on a walk or on an artist’s date!

They’re intentionally designed to be accessible for women with busy lives and creative introverts, to give you that much-needed space and time to connect to yourself.

You do them in your own way, and they can be done over the course of an afternoon, with plenty of treasures to dive into later! (I've intentionally made it simple and accessible, as fuck knows how many lengthy courses I've bought that sit on my hard drive!)

Hi! i’m meg, a coach and rebel-rouser for creative, rebellious and multi-passionate women.

I created your rebellious year, home study edition because…

I get how hard it can be to show up for ourselves and put ourselves on our to-do list.

I understand how important creativity and connecting to ourselves is for us. And also how much guilt and external fuckery we have to fight against to give ourselves permission to even think about going there. In a world where we’re taught to put everyone else first, and be the good girl, it can be really damn hard to hear that little voice that tell us to just fuck it and go for it.

I created Your Rebellious Year, Home Study Edition as a container to really dive deep into this shit, a sacred space to do the inner work, and to show up for yourself.

here’s what other rebel rousers have said about working together and my approach

I would describe Meg’s style as effervescent joy! Nurturing, compassionate with an empowering persuasive nudge to take action. Meg works to unpack the beliefs we tell ourselves in the most supportive, colourful, humorous way allowing us to move forward with our lives fully expressed, untethered & empowered” - Lissa Foley Hughes

Meg has the knack of getting right to the crux of an issue, of getting me to see things I might not have thought about. She has a huge font of knowledge to call on, and it all comes with a huge serving of compassion and understanding. - Rachel Warillow

“Meg has created a supportive and compassionate space where her warmth and humour shine through every activity.” - Zena Kamash

“Meg is never prescriptive and gives different food for thought and potential leads to investigate. Her manner is really like a warm hug from someone who genuinely cares.”- Tori Ames

this all sounds great! but what do you mean by creative?

I think it’s fair to say so many of us struggle with identifying as creative. I firmly believe creativity comes in all shapes and sizes, and you don’t have to be a writer, artist or musician to be creative:

Building a life you love IS a creative act in and of itself.

This is the place for you to explore your creativity, build a life you love and express yourself authentically exactly where you are right now.

this solo adventure is your invitation to connect with yourself and your creativity and spend some time feeling like you. are you ready?
