coaching + mentoring for creative and multi-passionate women who want to get unstuck, find clarity & build momentum.
Hi, I’m Meg!
I’ve spent the past decade partnering with creative and multi-passionate women cultivate confidence, courage and clarity to create and sustain a fulfilling and wildly authentic life that is uniquely wonderful for them.
My work is all about helping creative and multi-passionate women build juicy, creative lives, chase their dreams and close the gap between where they are and where they want to be, without:
Feeling like a problem that needs to be fixed
Becoming an entirely new person
Sacrificing their values
Feeling like it’s yet another project they don’t have time for
Abandoning their weirdness and their whimsy (fuck that! Around here, we embrace it!)
Optimising every single part of your life or leaning into toxic positivity and productivity that accompanies a lot of personal development
Live, love, laughing / eat-pray, loving your way across the globe and blowing up your life
The shame - Instead, a coach that meets you where you exactly where you are and gets creative about how you can take action, and pushes back against your inner dreamshitter.
“Meg and I do amazing work together. I provide the challenges and she has the skills to help me find the wins, pull out the good and tease the positive out of every situation. She j ust makes sense. Meg asks pointed and amazing questions that somehow empowers me and coax out my own answers. She is very energized, optimistic and inspired. The way she lives her own creative multi-passionate life comes through in her coaching.I feel like she truly cares and is the best cheerleader I’ve got in my life. I recommend coaching with Meg Kissack!”

why I do what I do
There are so many empty spaces in the world, meant for brilliant, wonderful women with creative, unconventional and world-brightening dreams. Women the world doesn’t get to see because they bought into the (very convincing) lies of their inner dreamshitters and the patriarchy and taught to ignore or dampen down their own voice.
I’m an absolute nerd when it comes to figuring out how we can get our projects done as multi-passionates. I’ve learned how to work with my brain rather than against it, and after 1,500+ podcast episodes, thousands of coaching sessions and 12 years of self-employment, I’m proof that you can create consistently, even with a chaotic ADHD brain! Everything I make is a talisman of battles I’ve won against creative resistance and

There’s no pressure, expectations or obligations, think of it like a really good virtual cuppa where you share more about where you’re at, I’ll share if I think I can help, and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.

“Meg made me feel safe and seen right from the beginning - and I needed that. I trusted her very early on. I felt really seen and heard and I felt that she 'got me' very quickly. I felt like she was on my side right from the beginning. Before our work together I was feeling stuck, trapped by fear - particularly of being seen. I was taking baby steps but something was holding me back from taking any leaps! Now I feel motivated, courageous, ALIVE!!! I also feel proud of the progress we made - and I have made since. Meg sparked something inside of me - something that was there but that I had pushed down through fear recently.”
Susie Bell
“The best thing about coaching is that it gives me time to be unashamedly ‘me’. From the first second I met Meg, I knew I could be completely honest and bare my soul. I love the structure of the our sessions and the fact that Meg brings suggestions or a different perspective to the table, which is super helpful. The session I had with Meg was an absolute game-changer for me and I’ve lost count of the amount of breakthroughs I’ve had. Meg is literally sunshine in human form and I leave each session buzzing for the next one.” - Amy Peters
“Meg’s expertly facilitated sessions and coaching has enabled me to learn new ideas, prioritise time for my well-being, be inspired and achieve so much more than I ever imagined possible.”
Sandra Taylor
“In our sessions, we both worked hard and, crucially, together and, every time, that hard work led to invaluable insights that I go back to on a daily basis. Meg’s greatest skill are her empathy, creative thinking and adaptability. She listens with great care and adapts according to my needs, even if it means contradicting a previous thought/idea. That, to me, is crucial for a coach. And she’s honest about your own experience and abilities, which means that our relationship feels equal. I now feel more Wholly Caroline outside of my writing, which is a relief. I also have anchors in place to help me be kind and more nurturing to myself.”

How we work together
I believe that you have all the answers inside you, it’s just about excavating them
I believe life, work and creativity are always tangled together and we’ll touch on all three during our work together
I don’t believe in 3-step formulas or blueprints. I believe there are glorious multitudes in all of us, it’s never black and white and we have to intentionally make space for your nuance, find your own unique path and not force you into a neat box.
I believe compassion is the way we make big changes in our lives.
We will laugh during our sessions (sometimes we’ll cry.) But we’ll always laugh!
You’ll leave every session with a clear plan of your next steps and a weekly check-in day to keep you accountable!
You might start the session with one thing in mind and leave with something else entirely. Reawaken parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there.

my approach
THE PRACTICAL SIDE
breaking things down
identifying what they actually want to do
working out the logistics: time, energy, commitments etc
actually doing the things
figuring out what needs to happen to bring the dream to life
keeping the momentum going
how to keep your dreams in sight and work on them in a chaotic world.
THE EMOTIONAL SIDE
giving yourself permission to go for it
dealing with the guilt
dealing with the grief of not having taken action sooner or having previous given yourself permission
figuring out what your dreams are when they are excavated from layers of societal expectations, guilt, shame for sticking their neck above the paripet.
Choosing yourself
inner dreamshitter
THE SOCIAL SIDE
finding your people
being able to communicate who you are without squashing yourself into an understandable box
figuring out who you can be your most authentic self around, and how to interact with people in your life you don’t get you
unlearning the socialisation of playing small, putting everyone else first
people pleasing and saying no
also pretty much everything in the political below
social identity and your place in the world
