find your flow, trust YOUR process, and kick those bullshit beliefs to the curb.
There is so much bullshit to wade through when it comes to
myths about the creative process:
We can feel like creativity is for the anointed few and Serious Art is the only creativity that matters.
We can get sucked into thinking doing anything requires the perfect setup. (And if you’re anything like me, getting a bit too obsessive about what notebooks other writers use as productive procrastination🤦♀️).
Or we get caught up in thinking you need to suffer for your art, that creativity is only for lone “geniuses,” or that you have to follow a single “right way”
Here’s the thing:
Your unique creative process already exists, even if you haven’t put words to it yet. So let’s give ourselves permission to uncover it, trust it, so you can bring your wild and quirky ideas to life on your own terms.
It’s time to uncover and confidently embrace your unique creative process, so you can create with less judgement, more ease and more JOY!

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent more time than you’d care to admit convinced that everyone else has some magical creative process - and you’re just at best winging it, or at worst - doing it all wrong.
I’ve always been absolutely fascinated by how other people create: the mess, the magic, all the behind-the-scenes shit. I nerd out on behind-the-scenes documentaries, writer’s routines, and even the notebooks they use (spoiler: it’s usually whatever’s lying around, not the one perfect notebook that changes your life).
I created this solo adventure because we need to quit putting other people’s creative processes on a pedestal, and start celebrating our own. This isn’t about finding the magic formula or the “right” way. There is no right way. Instead, it’s about taking everything that makes your brain weird and wonderful, and seeing it as the secret sauce—not the obstacle.
So if you’ve ever felt like you’re not creative enough, or you don’t even have a creative process, this is for you.
