Expectations are rocket fuel for:
Frustrated by putting others’ needs and expectations ahead of your own, forgetting what you even want?
Holding yourself to impossibly high standards you wouldn’t dream of putting on someone else?
You days feel full with ‘shoulds’, you try to check all the boxes, and get everything done but you never felt satisfied or proud of yourself.
We’ve all had experiences that cause us to doubt our own self trust.
But here’s the thing: you DO know what you want, you DO have an idea about the direction you want to go in, and you DO have your own back. You’ve just got to start building back the muscle!
let’s rewrite the expectations that shape your life!

Unravelling External and Internal Expectations Solo Adventure!
Your solo adventure includes:
A guided journal with prompts to explore your relationship with self-trust
3 creative exercises: tools for inspiration
Reading list + rabbit holes: books, podcasts, & resources for diving even deeper
Invite to The Rebel Social: a supportive online community for the wonderful people I’ve worked with!
Your Solo Adventure will provide you with the tools and insights to help you cultivate self-trust in your own way and on your own terms 🙌

The finding and living by your core values solo adventure will help you:
✔️ Confidently make decisions that align with what you want. (And find out what that is in the first place!)
✔️ Quiet your inner dreamshitter so you can find (and walk) your own authentic path.
✔️ Start building your self trust muscle so you are more able to handle anything life throws your way.
“Meg is warm and real!! She say it like it is and this is gold in itself. She is always so positive and realistic about what can be achieved and she is a fountain of knowledge and always has some sort of valuable resource to hand.”

wait - what’s a solo adventure and how does it work?!
A Solo Adventure is an introvert-friendly, digital dive into a specific area of personal development. You can do it at your own pace, in your own place, at a coffee shop, on a walk, or on an artist’s date. They're intentionally designed to help you show up and do the work, nourish yourself and stay committed to yourself and your creativity.
I've intentionally made it simple and accessible, as fuck knows how many lengthy courses I've bought that sit on my hard drive! I’ve designed it to be really helpful, practical, easy to dive into and to feel like an absolute treat to do!
Here are some ideas on how you might approach your solo adventure!
Take the journal with you to a coffee shop and listen to the audio on the way to get you thinking!
Block out an afternoon and turn it into an artist’s date! Get a favourite beverage, a slice of cake and make it a real treat!
Pick a weekday evening and do it over a couple of weeks to guide you into some much-needed you time!
Put a date in the diary, and tell everyone you’re busy with an appointment!
(Because you are!)
Bookmark the link and take it with you on holiday or a long train journey!
Gather with some friends and have your own DIY retreat!

This solo adventure is a great place to start your journey of cultivating self-trust.
Self-trust tends to be hard to describe, and it can be hard to identify in a world where everyone has an opinion on everything you do, and why you should - or shouldn’t - be doing this or that.
And starting to build your own sense of self trust is a game changer.

Meg's style is similar to having a saavy best friend by your side. She is enthusiastic, empathetic, and still totally practical about getting things done.

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!
I get how hard it can be to show up for ourselves and put ourselves on our to-do list, which is exactly why I created the Solo Adventures!
I created this Solo Adventures as a container to really dive deep into self-trust, help you explore your own personal flavour of self-trust, root into it when you most need it. And to do it in your own way. 💖
I often say that everything changes when you believe you matter, and a huge part of that is owning your own story, having your own back, and finding your self-trust in the first place.
