✅ Got lost down so many rabbit holes trying to figure out how other people do it only to be frustrated that it doesn’t seem to work for you.

You know you want to change your habits, you know it’s important but it’s just not happening.


But can we just be honest for a second?

Habits are fucking awkward bastards, and they’re really bloody hard.

We start off with the best intentions, but when something doesn’t stick, we blame ourselves and wonder what’s wrong with us. (And then proceed to buy another book or watch another TED Talk). 


It can be just so hard to get started, keep going, and be consistent.

We’ll kick off with a group strategic planning call with a multi-passionate coach who specialises in compassionate and BS-free ways of getting shit done and getting out of your own way.

Every day for the 30 days, we’ll do a daily check-in/accountability thread on WhatsApp! We’ll cheer each other on, post our progress and keep each other going!

I’m Meg Kissack, a coach for multi-passionate and unconventional women and host of The Daily Pep! Podcast, The Couragemakers Podcast. I'm all about helping you show up in the world as your most courageous and authentic self, do the epic shit only you can do and make the world a brighter place.

I’m hosting this 30-day experience around habits because I know first-hand how tricky habits are. I’m a self-confessed messy rebel, I have ideas spread over approximately 23 notebooks and dry hair shampoo is definitely my friend.

I’ve had to invent systems and ways of doing things that work for my messy brain and along the way, I’ve found a way of getting shit done that is not only super compassionate but super effective, and works WITH your nature rather than against it!

Over 8 years of a weekly newsletter and 2 years of a daily podcast later, I had to acknowledge that the unthinkable happened: it’s possible to have a rebellious spirit and resist structure, AND be hella consistent. 😱

With the Habit Sprint, I’ve combined the magic I do with my clients, my superpower of bringing together fabulous women and holding space with three of my favourite things: compassion, accountability and strategy.

I want to help you create sustainable habits, re-write the stories in your head that you’re not someone who can do habits, and help you get one step closer to building the life you love.

why just one habit?

It’s so tempting to start with five+ different habits, but that’s so often what trips us up. What we’re going to be doing here is focusing on your Domino habit (eg. the one habit that is most likely to make other habits fall into place). This is all about making it fun, easy and sustainable so you’ve got a fabulous foundation built by the time we end our 30 days together!

how do i signup via payment plan?

You can do that right here! :)

 

what if i can’t make the live calls?

No problem! They’ll be recorded and will be in your Habit Sprint Dashboard within 24 hours of the call happening!

do I have to use whatsapp?

Apart from the calls, all the community happenings will be on WhatsApp. Technically you could join and not use WhatsApp but you’d miss the majority of the community support and accountability which is what this is all about!

 

What if I don’t have a WhatsApp account?

A WhatsApp account is free, you just need to sign up and send me your number! (You’ll receive instructions on how to do this before we get started!) You can use WhatsApp on your phone and on your tablet and desktop.

what about timezones?

One of the fun things is that you’ll be joined by women from over the world!

All of the calls will be at 6.30pm - 8pm UK time (You can convert this to your timezone here), and are on 27th May, 1st June, 15th June, 30th June.

 
 

what happens when i sign up?

Upon joining, you’ll be invited to join the Rebel Habit Sprint Hub! This will have all the links for the calls, replays when they’re available and all the handy info you need. You’ll also get reminder emails before each event.
