A fun + compassionate way to show you just how far you’ve already come this year, plan the rest of 2026 and get you some mid-year mojo!

Live Workshop: Thursday 18th June, 6.30pm-8.30pm UK time/
1.30pm-3.30pm EST - Zoom

DIY at home workbook available HERE.

We tend to do most of our reflecting in December and January, and by the middle of the year, it’s so easy to look at the year so far and focus only on what we haven’t done.

We start off the new year with the best of intentions (and a new notebook, of course!) but when unexpected shit happens or things go awry (which is part of the human experience), we give ourselves a really hard fucking time.

When you add into the equation that around here we tend to be all or nothing type people, by June we can feel a little… deflated.

It’s time for a halfway huddle!

The truth is, you’re only six months into the year, you HAVE done a lot of shit, and it’s time to regroup, re-evaluate and give yourself a breather and a boost before we dive into the second half of the year!

During the Halfway Huddle, we:

  • Honestly review the year so for and find the wins (because there have been many!)

  • Actually acknowledge and celebrate your wins so far

  • Recalibrate your 2026 going back to what’s important

  • Create a plan for the rest of the year, based on what you WANT to do, rather than what you think you SHOULD do

  • And if you choose the live workshop option, you’ll come together with me as your coach and a group of likeminded women who really get it. (You’re more than welcome to turn your camera on, or off, and you’ll be invited to share as you do the work with a group of like-minded women. A replay will be available if you can’t make it live!)

with both the workshop and the workbook you’ll walk away:

  • With a shitload more motivation and momentum to kickstart the rest of 2026 with mojo and moxy.

  • Feeling proud of how you’re doing so far this year.

  • Able to acknowledge the challenges that have come up so far with compassion, rather than using them as yet another stick to beat yourself with.

  • With a set of reflective exercises you can use again and again to really see your progress and how far you’ve come.

  • With a fabulous community of likeminded women!

what past workshop attendees have said about previous workshops:

I went into this workshop feeling very anxious, like I had a never ending to do list and feeling really low about how much I hadn’t achieved this year. I came out of this workshop feeling confident, happy and energised; realising that I have in fact achieved a hell of a lot this year and excited to start my projects.

In just two hours Meg managed to completely shift my perspective from one of self depreciation to self compassion, which I am truly grateful for. Meg created such a warm and comfortable environment, where I got to learn so much about myself as well as connecting with some amazing people.

This workshop was full to the brim of encouragement, kindness and self compassion. I never expected to get so much out of one workshop. Meg radiates positivity but in such an honest, humorous and considerate way. I will definitely be booking onto the next one.

A massive heartfelt thank you.

I loved the workshop! It was really valuable to make some space for that reflection.

It was so helpful to acknowledge some of the things you don't usually think so much about.

I think the most important thing was that you made us feel seen. Zoom meetings always run the risk of being quite anonymous, where you're muted on entry and listen for the duration for the session, and it was so nice to feel like it really was an online get-together rather than a seminar.

I love how you gave us loads of opportunities to use the chat function or unmute ourselves, introduce ourselves in the beginning, and I love that we have further opportunities to connect afterwards.

It’s only June, it’s time for the halftime show, NOT time to give up on your dreams for this year.
