about emma willmer:

Emma is a Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach and a Positive Psychology Consultant at Positive Psychology Guild, alongside other projects. She holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, BSc Hons Psychology, and PPGDip Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach. She is a Member of The British Psychological Society, BPS Division of Coach Psychology, and Positive Psychology Guild. Having gone through her own healing journey, Emma helps women who are struggling with anxiety and exhaustion to get more time, space and calm in their lives. She uses her voice to help advance the dialogue on the effects on women of intergenerational sexism, healthy relationships and living a joyful life.
