let’s replace self-sabotage with creative courage!
Self sabotage is SUCH a sneaky fucker.
You want to work on a project (by choice or deadline) and your brain suddenly decides it’s time to watch a whole TV series or procrast-clean the entire damn kitchen?
Unfinished projects glare at you from the corner. Some of them are SO nearly finished, but the fear just got too real. (I find barely used notebooks are also great at giving side eye!)
You lose precious creative time to doom scrolling, quick dopamine hits or getting caught up in unimportant shit. (And then the shame spiral starts).
Here’s the thing: sabotage is a very normal reaction to doing scary and uncomfortable things (hello: creativity and building a life you love!). But trying to “overcome” or “perfectly fix” self-sabotage can become it’s own act of self sabotage! So, it’s time to navigate through, and find and experiment with kinder, creative tools to get you taking action and working through resistance.
it’s time to flip the script, reclaim your power, get curious, and find ways through self-sabotage!

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!
I’ve wrestled with so many sneaky forms of self-sabotage—my favourites are napping, research and planning (with all the coloured pens!) The shame, avoidance, and inner critic are all too familiar, and believe me, you’re not alone or doing anything “wrong.”
Through my years of working with hundreds of fabulously creative and multi-passionate women, I’ve seen self-sabotage in its many forms, and I’ve found some of the most helpful things are the most counter-intuitive. In this solo adventure, I’m sharing what has actually helped me (and many others) move from stuck and spiralling - to actually doing the thing(s).
