Being human comes with a LOT of shit to do and SO much fucking life admin.

  • There's the weight and sheer number of pesky little fuckers that need to get done, that certainly doesn't spark joy and keep you from doing the things you want to do

  • There's how hard it can be to make guilt-free time to do the creative stuff and the stuff for yourself when you are constantly barraged by the should-dos and have to-dos

  • And that’s not even to touch on all the guilt and shame that come along for the ride.

 


 

But here's the truth:


no one has their shit sorted, and there is nothing wrong with you. This stuff can be really fucking hard, and overwhelming.

Hi, I’m Meg and I’m a coach for creative, multi passionate and rebellious weirdos who want to build a wildly authentic life they love. And I’m also a very reluctant adult.

Give me a creative project to do, and I fly, but ask me to take medication every day or consistently budget? Well, that’s a very tall order.

Here’s the thing, some people just seem to have their shit together, and others of us (including me!) find this whole adult-ing thing really fucking hard.

What I've found through my work, is that there are so many of us fabulous creative, wonderfully weird women who put so much great shit into the world, are ridden with guilt, shame and overwhelm by life admin, adult-ing and all the things we have to do as a semi-functional human being.

Through running many group programmes, I know that community + accountability + compassionate support is the magical recipe for consistently doing the hard things, getting shit done and having fun along the way, so I’m now bringing this to our Sunday Scaries!

 
 

Here’s how it works!

  • You join me and a group of like-minded women at the same time online on Zoom at 6.30pm, UK time. You’ll be invited to keep your camera on or off, whatever’s most comfortable for you.

  • At the beginning of the call, we’ll share in the chat what we’re working on, and then work together to get those fuckers done! (With a quick tea, wee and stretch break in the middle!)

  • And we get to get to work! We’ll all put ourselves on mute, I’ll put a timer on and we’ll get started. It truly is remarkable how motivating this is, even if it sounds pretty strange!

  • And the end, we’ll share our wins and I’ll send you away with a firm assignment go chill the fuck out for the rest of the day, knowing you’ve started the week already ahead and you’ve got this week in the bag!
