honour your real life and manage time and energy on your own terms.

For many of us, the minute we think about our time and energy, we have a gut reaction:

  • We tend to immediately start thinking about our to-do list, what we've got left to do, and all the things we haven’t done.

  • We compare our insides to other people’s outsides, and find ourselves lacking. We tend to minimise our own circumstances and limitations and just assume we’re doing something ‘wrong’.

  • Burnout always feels like it’s on our doorstep because we’re trying to squeeze every drop out of every day. And so many of the productivity ‘hacks’ leave us feeling even more exhausted than we started.

  • And it quickly becomes a shame spiral (and we beat ourselves up about beating ourselves up).

Let’s throw the bullshit toxic productivity out of the window and find a new way. A way that acknowledges that life is fucking messy, there’s always a shitload of nuance, but you CAN find a way that works with you rather than against you.

Let’s get curious, creative, and rebellious with your time and energy!

Managing Your Time and Energy

what you get:

  • A guided journal with prompts to explore your own personal flavour of managing your time and energy. You'll be diving into boundaries, burnout and creating a life you love that energises you rather than drains you.

  • 3 creative exercises: tools for exploring your time and energy - they’re each carefully designed to help you intentionally manage your own time and energy, based on your insides, not other people's outsides! This is all about getting practical!

  • Reading list + rabbit holes: books, podcasts, & resources for diving even deeper.

  • Invite to The Rebel Social: a supportive online community for the wonderful people I’ve worked with!

A fun, short digital course that will provide you with tools and insights to help you compassionately manage your time and energy based on your life and your needs. 🙌

managing your time and energy will help you:

✔️ Design a life around your actual capacity and your seasons, not someone else’s impossible expectations. And gently address with the very real grief that often brings up.

✔️ Give yourself permission to bring your whole self to the table when it comes to managing your tasks, your calendar and your energy.

✔️ Begin to listen to your own capacity, honour the season you’re in, and show up for yourself with the same compassion you so easily offer everyone else.

“Meg is warm and real!! She say it like it is and this is gold in itself. She is always so positive and realistic about what can be achieved and she is a fountain of knowledge and always has some sort of valuable resource to hand.”

audio companions

A mini private podcast designed to get you thinking about managing your time and energy from a more rebellious - and compassionate - place. I share my thoughts on working with yourself rather than against yourself, the grief that can come with limitations, an unconventional approach to procrastination, and how we can get rebellious about how we manage our time and energy for OURSELVES. (There’s also a Welcome audio to help you get started and navigate your solo adventure!)

guided journal

A structured and supportive space for reflection and excavation. You’ll be exploring own personal flavour of managing your time and energy, diving into boundaries, burnout and creating a life you love that energises you rather than drains you. It's designed to help you think about time and energy from a place of abundance and identify the things that help - and those that don't.

PLUS! Printable prompt cards for you to use in the future! 🤩

3 tailored creative exercises

This is about getting even more practical! Each creative exercise is purposefully designed to help you intentionally manage your own time and energy, based on your insides, not other people's outsides! You’ll have activities to come back to time and time again to help you work WITH your time and energy, in your own way.

reading + rabbit holes

If you want to dive even further into your managing your time and energy after the solo adventure, you have your Reading and Rabbit Holes guide! This is a curated list of the most helpful things I’ve found when it comes to managing your time and energy and treating yourself like the glorious human being you are, not a machine.

dashboard + lifetime access

Everything is housed in your Solo Adventure Dashboard, ready to dive into at any time. You have lifetime access, and it’s there to help you weather all the different seasons in your life!

taking time for this work isn’t indulgent, it’s not selfish, it’s actually pretty essential.

When you have time and space to connect with yourself everything flows a little better. You’re more in tune with your intuition so you can make better decisions (from a place of hope rather than fear). And feel more able to take risks and do things differently.

But I know it can be hard to make the time and give yourself permission, so I've intentionally made it simple and accessible. Fuck knows how many lengthy courses I've bought that sit on my hard drive! I’ve designed it to be really helpful, practical, easy to dive into and to feel like an absolute treat to do!

Here are some ideas on how you might approach your solo adventure!

Pick a weekday evening and do it over a couple of weeks to guide you into some much-needed you time!

Put a date in the diary, and tell everyone you’re busy with an appointment!
(Because you are!)

Bookmark the link and take it with you on holiday or a long train journey!

Gather with some friends and have your own DIY retreat!

your energy and your time is precious, and no matter how full your life suitcase is, you get to take up space on your own calendar.

Colourful notebook with bright ideas on the front, with a colourful unicorn pen.

This isn’t about becoming a productivity machine. Instead it’s about coming home to yourself—spotting when you’re verging on burnout, giving side-eye to the never-ending shoulds, releasing some of the guilt and gently choosing another way..

This is your permission slip to rebel against impossible standards, and choose you.

I’m Meg, and I’m a life/creativity/biz coach, podcaster, writer and all-round rebel rouser for creative and multi-passionate women!

I remember googling ‘how to relax’, off sick from work, completely burnt out. I’ve had to spend so much time creating ways of working with my own time and energy, and I’ve spent SO much of that time pissed off with other people’s systems that don’t cater for any nuance or human-ness.

I created this solo adventure because I wanted to create something around time and energy that actually helps rather than gives you more shit to do. I’m so sick of all the time and energy management advice that doesn’t cater for anyone with a LIFE! I wanted to create something that’s useful for us multi-passionates, creatives, those of us with neuro-spicy brains and chronic illnesses, and it’s what I wish existed a long, long time ago!
