Episode transcript:

Good morning, Daily Peppers, and a very happy Monday to you. The clocks have gone forward. Here in The UK, we are officially on daylight savings, and it actually feels like spring has sprung. If you feel like this year has finally arrived and like you want to reassess and reevaluate your plans and get reinspired by this year and reclaim what has been, for some, a bit of a shit show so far, I'd love for you to come join our quarter huddle workshop tonight where that is exactly what we're doing. You can find out more by going to the rebelrousers.com/quarterhuddle, or the link is in the show notes. It's gonna be really helpful, really inspiring, and I've got a feeling it's gonna be just what we all need right now. Now on to today's show. So spring is definitely on my mind today.

And for me, spring is when I start to wake up more, when I start to get more inspired, and when I start to think of all the projects I could do. I love seeing all the daffodils pop up. I love seeing everything sprouting, and it is so lovely to see the sun again. So for today's daily prep, I want you to have a think about what seeds you've planted that are starting to appear. Because so often, it can feel like we're starting from scratch, and that can feel really overwhelming. But the truth is that there are bulbs that already exist that are ready to bloom, and sometimes we just have to remember they exist in the first place. So maybe have a think about the different projects that you've been excited by in the past. Have a think about maybe some ideas that you wanted to be excited about over winter, but you just didn't have the energy for.

And just look around you to see where you are in fact blooming. So as you go about your day, I want you to look out for those signs of spring in your own life. Remember that it's the early days of spring. You have time. You can get curious, and you get to choose what you focus on, what you cultivate, and you also get to decide what's a weed and what is something you want to let go of or some things. So happy Monday. Here's to a fabulous start to the week, and I'd love to see you there for the quarter huddle workshop tonight. And if you wanna come but it sounds scary, please know that I am a gentle giant.

I really pride myself on creating really warm, lovely spaces. You can join in as little or as much as you like, and my workshops tend to feel like a hug in a mug. Head to the show notes to find out more and book your spot. And I can't wait to be back here bright and early with you as always tomorrow morning. Take care.
