1612: Mid-year wobbles are normal
In today’s episode I'm sharing two things that can help you if you find yourself facing the mid-year wobbles.

Good morning, Daily Peppers and a very happy Wednesday to you. At the time of recording this, it is halfway through the year and that tends to give many of the women I work with a bit of the wobbles. We start to think about what January us wanted for ourselves. We start questioning our choices. We start looking at all the unexpected shit that we had to deal with that we didn't know we'd have to deal with. And the blame and the shame and the guilt game can start. So today I've got two things for you. Number one, I am running one of my favourite workshops next week, next Thursday, called The Halfway Huddle.
And it is genuinely one of the most helpful things that you can do at this time of the year. It is warm, we come out with genuine confidence, not fake confidence, and we really recalibrate the year based on where you are at right now. So I've put the link to the workshop and there's also a workbook if you don't particularly like live things as well. And the second thing I have for you is a reminder that we still have time. When we hear that we're halfway through the year, we tend to panic slightly. But the truth is, we are only halfway through the year. I don't know about you, but January seems like a pretty long time ago. The same way as December is a pretty long way away.
You have time, you can still get shit done. It might just look slightly different than how you are planning it. I which is pretty much life, isn't it? Give yourself grace because January you didn't know what June you now knows know that you abso fucking lutely have wins, especially if you can't see them. And here's to not giving up on the year because it feels like so much of it has passed already. There is still so much time for unexpected joy, some really good belly laughs and projects to sink your teeth into. So have a good one.
